Students must submit a copy of their current academic transcript, as well as a full copy of the Student Aid Report from the FAFSA.
 

Please read the description of each scholarship under Scholarship Listings and when completing the application, place a check mark in the box for each scholarship you meet the requirements of and wish to apply for.
 

Some scholarships may require Additional Information, such as a personal statement or letters of recommendation.  Please submit these, along with the application packet and required documents listed above, to the Erie County Community Foundation office at the address listed below.
 

Some scholarships require the Non-Traditional Student Scholarship Application (Coming Soon).  If you wish to apply for one of these scholarships, please download the application found online at www.eriefoundation.org, and return with your scholarship packet.
 

To renew a scholarship, complete the Renewal Application (Coming Soon) found online at www.eriefoundation.org.
 

Except for the Ohio Athletic Committee Scholarship, the DEADLINE FOR ALL SCHOLARSHIPS IS MARCH 1.  If the deadline falls on a weekend, the application must be postmarked by the deadline, OR, if hand delivered, must be in the Community Foundation office by the Monday after the deadline.  
 

Faxed, emailed or incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be considered.  Please do not include any supplemental documentation other than what is specifically requested.
 

Applications are reviewed by a scholarship committee. Students may be asked to attend an interview with the committee as a part of the selection process.
 

Students selected to receive a scholarship will be notified in writing of their award and the amount of the award.  Scholarship payments will be made directly to the college or university on behalf of the student.
