 The Erie County Community Foundation's Board of Directors and Officers governs the foundation, establishes policy and priorities, and makes final grant-making decisions. The Board represents various geographies, organizations, and private foundations throughout Erie County. The Board's strength lies in its members’ diverse range of knowledge and expertise, and in their shared commitment to improving the quality of life in our community.
