Eileen Bulan

An Erie County Community Foundation board member since 2008, Bulan retired from the City of Vermilion, where she worked as Clerk of Council, Director of Public Service, and served eight years as its mayor. While retired, she is still actively involved with the community.

Bulan has served on the Grants Committee at the Community Foundation, and serves on other community boards of directors, including Main Street Vermilion, North Point Educational Center, EHOVE Joint Vocational School, Erie County Business Advisory Council, Ritter Public library board, and the Main Street Beach committee with the Western Reserve Land Conservancy. She has also been a member of the Vermilion Rotary Club for many years.

Bulan is a graduate of David Myers College with a degree in Business Management. She was recently honored with the Lifetime Leadership Award from the Erie County Economic Development Corporation.

She and her husband live in Vermilion, OH, and have two adult children and 4 grandchildren.
