Matthew Ehrhardt

Matthew Ehrhardt is the co-owner of T3 Academy & Esports in Avon, OH, which provides high level in-game coaching, mental performance training, and physical training opportunities for middle school and high school esport athletes. He is also an Assistant Director for EHOVE Career Center in Milan, OH.

Ehrhardt was previously Middle School Principal for Edison Local Schools in Milan, OH and Assistant Principal at Learwood Middle School in Avon Lake, OH. In 2018, Ehrhardt was awarded the Innovator of the Year Award by Battelle / Ohio STEM Learning Network.

Ehrhardt is focused on helping students, teachers, and families find their passion to learn and grow in our ever-changing world and economy. He earned his BS in Education from the University of Toledo and his MEd in educational administration from Ashland University.
