Alexa Murray

Alexa Murray is a Sandusky native and a highly motivated healthcare provider with a passion for community wellness. She returned to the Sandusky area in 2021 after living in Columbus, Ohio for 10 years.

Alexa is currently a Certified Nurse Practitioner with Family Health Services in Sandusky. She previously served as a Certified Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, and as a volunteer Nurse Practitioner with the Columbus Free Clinic.

She serves on the board of the Murray & Murray Charitable Foundation and as Treasurer for The Assembly. She also volunteers as a Region Coordinator for Mortar Board, the National Senior Class Honorary. Alexa earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience and her Master’s Degree in Nursing from The Ohio State University.

In her free time, she and her husband can be found boating or working on their old home in Downtown Sandusky. They love visiting Cedar Point, the local islands, and occasionally heading back to Columbus to watch the Buckeyes play football.
